NAB sees top scores in payment gateway performance.

We’re proud to announce that we have been named a leader in payment gateway uptimes by the Strawhecker Group! Based on performance metrics for January through June 2021, we saw the fewest number of Gateway Minute Outages when compared to more than 20 other payment gateways

Powered by The Strawhecker Group’s (TSG) Gateway Enterprise Metrics (GEM) platform, GEM used pings and real transactions to monitor each gateway’s performance from over 20 different global locations, 24/7/365. All transaction metrics were calculated by utilizing real TSG cards, at real TSG merchants, to complete transactions. In addition to uptime, GEM used pings at multiple locations to identify outages. If at least 33% of location checks fail at the same time, an outage was recorded. 

We also achieved the highest Gateway Availability during the same timeframe. This means that we experienced the fewest simultaneous multi-location check failures in North America!
